"I bought the Zamar compact unit for my private Clinic, however having recently undergone micro fracture of the knee I have used the machine religiously for my post-operative rehabilitation.

Within 2 weeks there was minimal swelling and full range of knee motion. My Consultant was quite surprised at my progression. The super cooling and sub-zero temperatures worked incredibly well and the fact that the knee wrap allows cooling circumferentially significantly enhances the effect of the cooling system.
